He has worked across industry sectors from IT services and products, to Business Process Outsourcing, and education services, to Oil & Gas, and mining.

He considers it a privilege to have worked with fantastic, global organisations like Wipro, GE, Genpact, NIIT, Microsoft and Vedanta Resources before he co-founded The Practice Centre and Kendhrit. In his last corporate role, he was the CHRO for Sesa Goa, the Iron & Steel business of Vedanta.
