Meet Menaka Seetharaman
Menaka has 24 years experience in the field of Human Resources. She received her Masters degree in Human Resources from the School of Industrial & Labor Relations, Cornell University, USA in 2001.
She joined GE in the United States on their reputed HR Leadership Program (HRLP) and returned to India in 2002 to join GECIS/Genpact.
As a Business HR Partner and a Talent Management professional, Menaka has built her domain expertise in the area of employee relations & engagement. She has led end to end HR engagement for client groups across several functions, both business and enabling.
After 13 years in the corporate sector, Menaka became a freelance HR Consultant and trainer, as also a Yoga teacher. She is certified in the International Yoga Teachers Training course Level 1 and in the International Advanced Teachers Training Course Level 2 through the Sivananda Yoga Centre, Gurgaon
